You Need To Exercise!
With the holidays upon us, we tend to get lazy and sit around doing nothing much besides maybe drinking at times, playing games, relaxing and eating. But a lot of us forget that at this point we are also picking up weight and neglecting our health. Right now you should imagine how hard it will be after the holidays to start losing that weight again.
Well, we are not saying depriving yourself of nice roast turkey or chicken, but at least watch what you eat for a little bit. The easiest way to do this is by exercising to help shed the unwanted fat that creeps up on us. Just take a leisurely walk around the block once a day or even go to the gym three times a week.
Studies have shown that by cutting down on your portion sizes, and just working out for 15 minutes a day, you could lose up to 600 calories a day. It is a quite a lot if you think the average female consumes about 2000 calories or for a man it can be up to 2800 calories a day. So if you take off 600 calories it will help drop the pounds pretty quickly.
Another way to get some exercise without adding too much stress to your daily routine is by taking the stairs up instead of the elevator, or parking your car a bit further away from the shops so it forces you to walk further. There are a lot of sneaky ways to add exercise to your life.
By doing a little bit, it will help you to get fitter over the long run.

Great advice. People always say how the calories add up from the small things, but in the same way the burning of calories also adds up from small things such as taking stairs, etc.
Its really a matter of habit, getting used to reduced serving portions of food will take some time but it will eventually mesh through with your habit. By then you're not craving for more.
I'll try that . . . next week.
